ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm Leilana and I am the artist and creator behind Clay Llama Studio.

I started taking pottery classes in Brooklyn, New York in 2018 and I immediately fell in love. I studied art all my life but rarely worked with clay, and I had never used a pottery wheel before. Basically, I've been covered in clay ever since.

After moving back home to Massachusetts during the COVID-19 pandemic I decided to follow my dreams and pursue making pottery for a living!

My passion is in making functional pottery like mugs, plates, and bowls. I’ve always been big on coming together around good food and drinks. I firmly believe things just taste better when enjoyed from something special and handmade. That's what I hope to offer you; your new favorite mug, plate, or home accent!
