Care Instructions
Stoneware is durable by design. My creations are for everyday use.
All food-ware items (unless specifically stated otherwise) are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Not recommended for use in a preheated oven or for quick and extreme temperature changes
(i.e. chilled tumbler filled with a boiling liquid).
Shop Updates
As a small, one-woman-show I work to create products and release them for sale on a seasonal basis.

Custom Orders
I love working one-on-one with clients to create custom orders! I take a limited number of custom orders each season and they can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks to fulfill, depending on order size, design, etc.

Sustainability
As a small business, I am very conscious of my environmental impact especially when it comes to shipping materials and practices. I utilize eco-friendly packaging; all items are protectively wrapped in recyclable paper, packaged in cardboard boxes, with eco-friendly biodegradable packing peanuts, and sealed with paper packing tape. Biodegradable packing peanuts are non-toxic, made from potato and/or cornstarch, and dissolve in water.
If by any chance your item comes shipped with plastic packaging materials please know those materials have been reused. Please reuse and recycle, as best you are able, to help us limit waste. Thanks!
Delivery
I ship using USPS.
If you live in the central Massachusetts area there are also local pick-up or delivery options available.
Pick-up instructions will be included in a separate email.
Returns
Please read descriptions carefully for dimensions and sizes. My ceramics are handmade in small batches therefore sizes, shapes, and finishes may vary. I do my best to include plenty of accurate photos as well as descriptions on each piece. Please be sure to review the photos and descriptions before purchasing to ensure you are happy with a specific item. If you receive an item and you don't feel it lives up to your expectation please reach out to me by email within 5 days of receipt, so we can work together to resolve any issues.
I go to great lengths to protect each item I ship, but in the unfortunate event a piece is damaged in transit please email within 5 days of receipt and I will work on replacing the item as soon as possible. Please include photos of the damaged package/item in the email.
There will be no returns granted on Second/Sale items unless the item is damaged in shipping. Second/Sale pieces are pottery with cosmetic defects and are sold at discounted prices to reflect said defects. Each defect is listed in the description, once again please make sure to review the photos and description before purchasing.
